EMR Rating

Since bringing on our Environmental Health & Safety Director, Oscar Winski has successfully maintained an Experience Modification Rating better than the industry average.

DOT Rating

After years of maintaining a “satisfactory motor carrier safety” rating in the Department of Transportation’s pass–fail SafeStat rating system, Oscar Winski is now also compliant with the DOT’s new Comprehensive System Analysis (CSA) rating system implemented in 2010.

The new system is exactly that—comprehensive, involving performance measurements in unsafe driving, fatigued driving, driver fitness, drug and alcohol use, accidents, vehicle maintenance and cargo handling.
